    1. What types of products do you sell?

      • We offer a wide range of fashion items including clothing, accessories, and jewelry for women, and children. Our collection features the latest trends and timeless classics to suit every style.
    2. What are your shipping times?

      • We ship all orders within 2 days of their payment. Delivery times will generally be between 5-10 days excluding weekends. Normally orders do arrive before that time but with the holidays coming USPS and UPS recommend that time frame.
    3. What is your return policy?

      • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
    4. How can I track my order?

      • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
    5. What payment methods do you accept?

      • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted
    6. Can I change or cancel my order?

      • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
    7. Do you offer international shipping?

      • No, unfortunately for the time being we only ship within the continental United States.

    10. Do you have a physical store?

      • Currently, we operate exclusively online. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products and better prices. However, we do participate in pop-up events and fashion shows, so stay tuned for updates
